Flourish Home Care Partners is a local, nurse owned home care business, founded by Kimberly Boes, an RN with over 36 years of experience. Kimberly sees each client and family personally to determine needs and preferences and creates a plan of care. She has carefully chosen her team of caregivers that carry out of the plan of care under Kimberly’s close supervision.
